Ingredients: Galacto- oligosaccharides, lactose, glucose syrup, thickener, galactose and acidity regulator. Free from artificial flavours and preservatives. Gluten free. Adults and children over 12 years take one sachet daily. Children 3 to 11 years take half a sachet daily
