Each 20ml dose contains paracetamol 500mg for headaches, pain and temperature ,guaifenesin 200mg to relieve chesty and productive coughs and phenylephrine hydrochloride 10mg a decongestant for blocked noses and catarrh. One bottle contains 8 doses.
