Bach Original Rescue Remedy - Red Chestnut

They are easy to select using the following steps: 1) Identify the emotions and feelings that you are experiencing - What words could you use to describe how you feel? If its difficult to identify your feelings, talk to your body - How does it feel? Do you feel anxious? Are you lacking energy? What feelings is your body telling you. 2) Red Chestnut - You feel anxious about somebody else's safety. 3) Concentrate on how you feel now and see if one or more remedies will help support you. Taking Bach Original Rescue Remedies is easy. For a single remedy add two drops to a glass of water and sip at intervals or place 2 drops on the tongue. Continue until you start to feel like youself again. To take multiple remedies (up to 7 remedies) add 2 drops of each in 30ml of spring water, take four drops of this mixture and add to a glass of water or place on the tongue, at least 4 times a day until you start feeling better.
