Data Protection Act 1998 statement

The information submitted by the customer will be used by PCPDirect in the processing of orders and requests. Please note this may include futher verification for specific purchases.

The information provided will only be handled by those who are authorised to receive it in the course of their duties and used specifically for processing orders or answering questions. It will be stored securely and may be kept electronically.Once the order has been processed it will be saved in accordance with our retention and disposal schedule.

All submitted credit card details are deleted immediately the order status is changed from NEW to ON HOLD. No credit card details are held electronically or otherwise for use with future orders.

All prescription details are held electroncally and in paper format in accordance with the Medicines Act 1968.
