General Terms
1. Your order - This website
is an invitation to treat. An order placed
by you with us is an offer to purchase which
we may accept or decline. Any confirmatory
e-mail from us is notification that we have
received your offer and a contract will come
into existence only when a sales invoice is
issued by us after your order has been manually
checked and confirmed by our staff.
Once your request for goods has been received
and we have obtained any further information
we need from you, the transaction will be

and we cannot guarantee that the information

to what is the appropriate product for the
patient. Neither Springpharm Limited nor the
pharmacist accept any responsibility for any
third party who uses the product on the basis
of any recommendation or advice rendered by

4. Pricing - Our prices
are valid as at the time of viewing our website.
They may be changed on a daily basis, but
once you have placed an order and received
a sales invoice from us that is the price
that you will pay for the goods.
5. Warranties - We do not
give any warranties, whether express or implied,
so far as they may be excluded by law with
respect to the content of this website and
the services we provide. Nothing in these
terms and conditions affect your statutory
rights as a consumer.
6. Our liability to you
- We accept no liability for any loss or damage
arising from any inability to access this
website. Except for any damages arising from
our fraud or from any death or personal injury
caused by our negligence or by those to whom
we are responsible for all of which we accept
unlimited liability, we are not liable to
you for any loss or damage arising directly
or indirectly from the use of this website
or the goods provided to you.
7. Invalid terms - If any
part of these terms is found to be invalid
or unenforceable then it shall not take effect
and the remainder of these terms and conditions
shall be unaffected.
8. Delivery - Delivery will
be made within 3-4 working days of your order
being accepted to addresses within the United
Kingdom. A working day means any day apart
from Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday.
Further delivery options where the delivery
address is outside the UK are shown in the
checkout basket. All orders are sent under
plain cover to ensure your confidentiality.
9. International Orders
- We do not service non-UK prescriptions and
you should consult a pharmacy in your own
country to fill these. We do deliver non-prescription
goods outside the UK. If you are ordering
from outside the United Kingdom you must make
sure that you are permitted to order these
goods for delivery to the country you specify.
We do not accept any responsibility if goods
that you order are stopped, impounded or returned
by customs officials.
10. Complaints about our Service
- In the event of a complaint or problem you
should contact the pharmacist that has dealt
with your order. You will receive their details
in our confirmation e-mail and also on delivery
of your order. If that does not resolve your

12. Cancelling your order -
You may cancel your order by letting us know
in writing that you wish to do so within seven
working days of receiving your order (or it
being delivered to the address specified by

We will only accept cancellation of your
order if the goods are returned in unused
and unopened condition. We will refund you
the price paid by you on all cancelled goods
and if the goods we sent you were damaged
or faulty we will refund you the cost of returning
them to us (up to the maximum for first class
postal delivery within the UK). You may not
return or cancel any order for prescription
goods except you found them damaged or faulty
when received or the goods sent were not what
was set out in our order confirmation.
13. Governing Law – These
terms and conditions and our relationship
will be governed by the laws of England and
Wales and any disputes will be subject to
the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of
England and Wales.
