Repeat Prescription Service

This service allows you to order your regular medication online, by phone or fax without having to visit the doctor. This service is offered by pharmacies in agreement with your surgery. You will be advised if the service is unavailable from your surgery.

To order your repeat prescription follow the steps below. Your information will be saved so once filled in you can order your prescription with the click of a button. Remember you should make an appointment to see your doctor when your review is due, otherwise you may not get your prescription.
